Terms & Conditions

All drivers and/or payees must show valid original driving licences plus 2 forms of ID; copies are not accepted. ID's must be no less than 3 months or 12 weeks old.

All pricing is per day and subject to availability.

Minimum rental period is 24 hours (unless stated otherwise).

All rentals include insurance (subject to excess, breakdown cover, mileage (subject to local limits) and VAT).

All rentals are subject to the insurance qualification of all drivers.

Collision Damage Waiver may be available – please ask for details.

The Damage and Theft excess is £1000.00

Van Rentals are subject to an overhead roof damage excess.

Drivers must have held their licence for a minimum of 12 months and be a minimum of 25 years of age.

Deposits by credit or debit card are required on all rentals. Payment is generally taken when you collect the vehicle, however this policy varies, please check with your renting location as some sites require a booking deposit.

When you reserve a vehicle with us, we will assume your drop off time is the same as your pick up time UNLESS YOU MAKE IT CLEAR OTHERWISE.

All vehicles have a NO SMOKING policy. Cleaning fee may apply upon inspection.

The vehicle MUST be returned with same fuel level as first hired.

All PCN's, driving offences and parking offences will be transferred into the hirer's details.

Vehicle hire range is 25-70 regardless of make and model.

You will be subject to a DVLA check upon rental of vehicle. Any drivers with over 6 penalty points WILL NOT be eligible to hire a vehicle.

If you make an on-line booking, our rental team will contact you on the details provided to obtain a deposit. A deposit of £200.00 will be paid to secure this vehicle. Payment can be made by debit/credit card in the renter's name.

Photocard driving licence. Old paper style licence holders must also bring in a valid photo i.d. (passport / work i.d. card etc.).

National Insurance number.

Debit or credit card in your name for the payment of the rental.
